Had two vans from these guys even after one had a fault (was fixed under warranty) I was able to arrange collection of a newer van. Then it went downhill when they broke their verbal contract with me and recalled the van even though we agreed a 3 year lease and wanted me to have a different van on a new lease and pay all the costs again. Needless to say I dont have any vans off them now

A big shout out to Jamie, always contactable, knowledgeable and helpful. Made the process a very pleasant one for several times, as this is our 4th experience of a car rental from GRS Motorgroup. Clear processes, communicated well, amazing rates, no credit checks. GRS Motorgroup have been most helpful in dealing with the enquiries and the rent of a superb new cars almost effortlessly.
