Updated review from 2022. Being back to this shop over the last few months and dropping off some donations, every time they asked me to gift aid and made me laugh while I was waiting. I have only had good experiences. I have now updated my previous review to 5 stars as all the staff was friendly and the shop is well laid out and clean. I always end up finding something when I use this shop and the charity is a fantastic charity. They help so many people and will keep donating and purchasing. Thank you for your hard work. Old review below from 2019, 3stars. Ive dropped off alot of items here and also buy a bit. Sometimes it's great and the staff are helpful and friendly. Other times they are rude and makes it feel like my donation is a chore for them. There is on woman that can be particularly rude and ungreatful. She's seems to be the manager or high up. I dropped off a donation today and shedidn't even want me to use the gift aid card, I think it was because they were busy. What sort of charity doesn't want the 25% extra money when selling stuff. I chose to donate here, not because its easy for me but because I like the charity. I'm now thinking of donating to other places as well as they might be more greatfull for the donation. Usually have good items for sale though.

Lovely shop, staff always pleasant and happy, and work very hard, amazing charity that does amazing work, can't recommend enough.
