        Workers came to perform routine grass cutting, made an absolute mess, ripped an electrical cable out of the wall and threw it into the elderly neighbours garden and path, the neighbour is frail and could have easily have tripped over the cable. It also blew the electrics in the house. Worker became abusive and antagonistic.
