I would never use this company again. As well as charging me a call out of 42 and they never came out until the following afternoon. I was told they couldnt help me with a leaking tap that I would have to have a new tap and even a new bath. So I had to pay another 176 with the tap still leaking. So I still have a leaking tap and nearly 220 out of pocket. So much for helping OAP,s. Cant afford to call anybody else now. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Came out on Day 1 Fixed our bathroom toilet and was supposed to come for Day 2 to fix the bath . As the bath had to be disconnected , was assured plumber would be back between 8am - 11am the next morning. Was happy to do the best we could for a night as the toilet was functioning as was our bath but not the bath and shower . Waited till 11am the next day but still no sign of the plumber , called at 12pm to be assured the plumbers van had gone for a MOT and plumber would be late but definately with us that day .. as I stressed my 10 year old had school and I had work and we couldn't wait another day without a bath / shower reassured not to worry we wouldn't have to and our plumber would be with us . Called at 2pm to be told once again Plumber was definately on his way and would be there soon , gave the benefit of the doubt then at 4pm called again and was told the plumber was in the van ... Its now 6.05pm and surprise surprise No plumber ... Definately wouldn't recommend at all ... completely untrustworthy , been fobbed off completely all day and still have a unusable bath / shower .
