Rooms: The heating is turned on upon request. Hot shower. The mugs, spoons, saucers were dirty so does the pillow. Mouldy bathroom. Food & drinks: Didn't reply to a food request. Very low quality. Avoid it with the allergies and intolerances. Old and moulded food.
