        Shocking service, ordered repeat prescription on a fri,takes 1 week and went to collect following Fri to pick up only to be kept waiting 1hr while they prepared it while I was there

        Bad experience..! Staff are taking too much time and dont convey the correct information.! Which makes people wait for a long time..! Had a really bad experience waiting with the baby for 3 hours.

        I ring up for my repeat prescription regularly every month. Have been doing this for over 10 years without any problem until last couple of months. I write on my calendar when I should next order the prescriptions and have had so many problems trying to get what is rightfully mine I am running out of medication for my husband who is stage 4 COPD. Its not good enough. Time for a change. I don't see Sian there anymore and she was so efficient. And had good customer skills. She was such a delight to deal with and always got things sorted.
