Phoned up on Tuesday and was told that his medication would be delivered on Thursday, To be told later in the conversation that it would be delivered on the Wednesday.
Got told by his carers that his 'Marr Chart" is full and needs a Marr Chart.
So got told that they would deliver first thing in the morning on Wednesday, Said that i would collect the medication on the Tuesday but they said no...
My dad hadn't had his medication up until half past 4 and don't forget that they said that they would be up "First thing on Wednesday morning"
Very incompetent staff and they haven't got a clue what their doing but only playing Russian Roulette with people's lives.
If it was one month then i would give in ,But it's every month.
Absolutely awful service and very embarrassing.
If it happens next month then I'm going to email the ombudsman and also get in touch with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
