I have tried to phone to order my repeat prescription but the phone is constantly engaged I phone 37 times today I thing they have the phone off the hook I phoned dowlias pharmacy and they answered first time

Helpful staff. Quick and easy pick ups when / if the prescribing team send perscriptions over on time.

Staff used to be nice, lovely, caring and helpful but there is 2 staff there who have been working in this chemist for a while, that have an attitude with customers/patients. I have had attitude when ordering my prescription on the phone. Being a measly patient I wouldnt know anything about my prescription and some of the staff make it clear on the phone that they know all/best and I know nothing. Some staff are quite patronising though I do like The older lady (shoulder length blonde hair, glasses). Cant remember her name but she is Always happy to help no matter the problem or how busy the chemist is (other staff could learn a lot from her). staff need new training on how to deal with the public. If they cant get rid of the (I am better than you) attitude, then working with the public is not a job they should be doing! Also cant walk in and ask for Paracetomol without getting a million patronising questions. I know what I can take and what I cant. I dont need the Spanish Inquisition everytime I want paracetomol.
