Afual waited 1 hour for tablets even when saying they were ready and still did not have all the tablets

Had a very distressing visit to this store this afternoon, called in to pick up prescriptions for myself & wife, we have been customers for many years. There was 1 customer waiting and 3 staff standing at rear of store. After a while I asked the gentleman who was waiting if any one was serving , when a voice SCREAMED from back of shop, WE ARE ALL BUSY YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT OR GO ELSE WHERE!! I have been in retail and never spoke to customers in that tone of voice. After a while the gentleman was served and I then requested my 2 prescriptions and was handed 2 bags I looked and found my wife's was missing , I repeated my request and had more abuse this time from all 3 staff! I requested the repeat forms so I could take my business elsewhere as requested! I was told my wife's repeat was there but not mine and would have to contact my doctors. On returning home I phoned the doctors and was told that my repeat could have been printed out in the shop and they should NOT have refused. In these trouble times we need to trust these people and not suffer abuse from them. I will be contacting Well to investigate, and retrain or sack their staff at this store. But my ADVICE is stay clear of this place!!
