Since the main chemist & the old staff left about a yr and half ago the chemist has gone quickly downhill, (apart from 1 staff member - who is the best one there now) . I personally have had handed to me someone elses prescription which i took home. Then my partner was twice given someone elses meds for me. My mate had my meds given to her. . . Twice. I cant be the only person this has happend to - i know im not. When i went to give the wrong meds back i didnt even get an apology. This chemist would've easily got 5 stars when chris was there but now giving just 1 star i feel like im being overly generous. Hope someone from company sees this and helps the workers out with whatever issues they are experiencing. Every visit there takes ages - theres more staff behind counter than ever & their slower than ever - maybe it cause theres no room for them to move. I dont normally write reviews but this could be a life/death issue. This is a chemist with dangerous drugs given out. Its just a matter of time before someone gets seriously ill or dies because of a careless or unnecessary mistake - like checking the name on bag before handing it out. Doesnt help that there is no regular pharmacist. Sort it out please. This chemist was one of best locally before im sure it could be again.
