Absolutely outstanding service the young lady that grooms my dog Tedi is so sweet and treats Tedi so kindly that at last he's happy to be groomed and his anxiety has gone I can't thank her enough.

Picked up our puppy from the groom room today and I'm so disappointed with the results. It's so choppy, some has been left long on her body, and other bits have been cut so close to her skin. It looks like a DIY job with no shaping at all. Honestly really disappointed. Will not be returning

Before Christmas I decided to take my dog for a groom as a nice Christmas photo of him would have been perfect, they refused to do anything in him because he had hurt 1 dew claw (though vet said he was perfectly fine), fast forward to next yearI rebook the appointment, I went for said appointment last weekI want to add some context that I had rung earlier that morning (to find out how much I paid on the deposit so I knew how much to bring) I leave my partners number with them so they know to use that (mine was in for repair)I take my dog to his appointment and I was greeted amazing by this girl with black hair (she was never an issue) I was told the appointment would be 2hrs max so I left and we had no phone call so I turned up dead on 2 hrs, I walk in and Im waiting outside the door and I notice a different girl clock on to me waiting and she mouths something and the black hair girl comes out, she waved me in so I entered and the first thing I had said to me was weve been trying to call you for awhile so I said oh have you? I havent had any missed calls to which this other girl chirped in with a face like thunder YES FOR 2 HRS to which my reply in the same tone was WELL WE HAVENT HAD A MISSED CALL to which the conversation of them ringing the number on his rag (despite me ringing earlier with a different number) so I explained the situation again. I was greeted with hostility for a mistake there colleague had made. If that wasnt bad enough he came out exactly the samethey didnt do anything, there reply was he wouldnt let us do anything my dog has never had a problem with anybody ever touching him. I payed a 15 deposit and 17 on the day I payed 32 for them to wash himto fxcking wash him. The only reason I rate this another star is because of the girl with black hairif she was as rude as the groomer was then theyd get nothing. Fuming is a understatement. If you see this Im glad you got 30 to wash a dog x
