Booked my summer holiday with a lovely lady called Aimee, she gave me excellent customer service throughout my visit and even had a lovely cup of coffee too. I would highly recommend Tui in Merthyr.

I booked a holiday for me and my husband last week and the staff were nothing but outstanding.The staff gave nothing but a easy and pleasant experience,they helped me book our dream holiday at such an affordable price and I cant wait to suprise my husband! Cant give enough credit to them!! Defo recommend x

I recently booked a holiday through Tui Holiday shop in Merthyr Tydfil, and I must say that Louise and her team were simply amazing. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Louise, the manager, was particularly outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect holiday and even gave me some valuable tips and advice for my trip. She was patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, and I could tell that she genuinely cared about helping me have the best experience possible. The rest of the team were also exceptional. They were all very helpful and attentive, and they worked together seamlessly to ensure that everything was taken care of. Overall, I had a fantastic experience booking my holiday with Tui Holiday shop in Merthyr Tydfil. Louise and her team were outstanding, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to book a holiday. They truly deserve 5 stars for their exceptional service!
