        Called in to enquire about lithium batteries to replace my lead acid. I was told it was not possible. They really need to clue up on this because it definitely is possible

        If I could have given '0' - NO stars I would have. As they didn't have a walker suitable for me, they said they would contact Performance Health that supplied them with Days rollators and give me a ring to let me know when they could get one in. BUT a few hours later, I received a phone call to tell me - that Performance Health had gone through and also Days had gone through too, so there was nothing they could do. What Rubbish - Performance Health are still trading and guess what So are Days. My advice is to go somewhere else as they don't seem to want customers. Go to Bush, as they had exactly what I needed - A Days Rollator supplied by Performance Health.
