        They have all the makings to be a good company but they do not communicate and unfortunately after giving them a 20k order we have had to find an alternative supplier as they will not communicate to sort issues out with an intercom and one 4 metre sliding gate stopped working. They seemed good lads but they took my money and ran ;(

        I had a electric gate fitted by this Advanced Gate-Tec ltd it only worked for 3 months and then stopped working, I have emailed John and text him and phoned them over 47 times all i had they will send someone out but no one turned up i left keys for them outside, They always made excuse why they didn't turn up, I got a gate that doesn't work, I have been waiting over 5 months for them to fix this gate, I am very disappointed, I would not recommend this company to no one this is why they haven't got any google reviews, apart from the fakes one they added themselves, All i want is a gate to be fixed, I will be reporting them to GateSafe, and the Ombudsman to get my money back as i got proof, I be leaving bad reviews everywhere to make sure no one calls them, Really bad service
