October 2022- Delivery said 55 minutes online and its currently been 2 hours and 10 minutes still waiting for food UPDATE: decided to give popadom express another chance last Saturday (Feb 2023) and I ordered online. Had a confirmation email and text message too to say our food is being made. 2 and half hours later I rang and they said they had closed. They put the phone down on us and we didnt have no food after waiting 2 and half hours! I honestly do not know how this business has customers!

The food was inedible. Garlic naan was raw and as for the garlic, well it was just white mayo spread over. I ordered a Chicken Balti which contained 4 very small pieces of diced chicken, and while it is supposed to be tomato based curry and very mild. It was hotter than my husbands vindaloo. 40 worth of food (thats with a 20% discount) and it all went in the bin. Will not be ordering again, if I could have given zero stars I would have

Please don't waste your money placing a order here, if i could have put zero stars i would have. We have give poppadom express a load of chances but they always seem to disappoint. Tonight's delivery arrived 2 hours early after I stated a time slot for delivery when i ordered. One good thing, i didnt need to worry about the food getting cold while waiting for my wife to get home from work, because the food was delivered pretty much frozen. When dishing out we noticed items missing from the order, I contacted the restaurant who informed us they would deliver but we are still waiting.
