Me and my Uni friends go here every week to do our Work and we have always had good experiences with the staff, especially Keira. Today we was served by Sarah who was very rude and abrupt, we ordered 2 Coffees and 2 Waters and she brought them to the table and said you cant sit here all day just ordering tap water cos you are taking up a table girls! this comment really upset us as every time we go here we spend 15 at a time and never just sit with just tap water. I feel her tone and aggression was very uncalled for and unprofessional to the point we paid for our drinks and didnt drink them, we walked out. There was one other table occupied at the time so wasn't busy to the point we was causing inconvenience. Wont be returning here which is a shame cos the other staff are really lovely.

Really disappointed in the how me and my friends have been treated today by a member of your staff. We are loyal customers who visit regularly and order food, coffee & cake every week while completing uni work. On Instagram you advertise as a quiet place for people to work while having cake & coffee (which we do most weeks, you shouldnt be advertising this service if youre unhappy to do it. Today we came in & ordered two coffees and two waters. The staff member (who I believe is the manager) has brought them to us with an attitude and told us by the way girls you cant just order water and sit here all day taking up a table. I would understand if we went there every week ordering free tap water however I have 5 of our bank transactions proving that we all spend money on every visit. Sometimes thats just cake and coffee & sometimes its food too. We are usually served by another girl that works there (I think her name is Keira) that is really lovely and always go above and beyond with her service. Really rude and unprofessional.

My friends and I go to the tiger inn every week and order food and multiple drinks while we do some work and were always treated kindly and accommodated by the staff, we always recommend going there to everyone we know. Today, we were served by a lady called Sarah and we ordered 2 coffees and 2 waters to start, and she gave us the coffees with a terrible attitude saying by the way girls you cant sit here for hours ordering only water as youre taking up a table. We were speechless as we never order just water and we always order multiple drinks, food and snacks and never sit and dont order anything. We are loyal customers and we are disgusting by the way we were talked to by this member of staff, even though the restaurant was empty apart from one other table.
