When superb listening and professionalism wins the day and superbly corrects the faults of other salons. I had the most awful hair style and needed it correcting ASAP. I had only had my hair done yesterday in town and sure as heck didn't feel confident in letting the original hairstylist anywhere near my hair again, I had just wanted to get out of that salon ASAP. ENTER JESS at HAIR BY PAULINE. I rang almost before they opened and was so lucky to get a cancellation (there is someone looking over me!) I felt comfortable immediately - (word of advice listen to those thoughts they usually are the right ones!). She was the ultimate professional as were the other two delightful ladies. We discussed everything I hated (which didn't leave a lot to be fair) and she cut my hair exactly to the a style that suited me and stopped me from looking and feeling frumpy. I have now had my skin test and will be returning for her to complete the transition and I can't wait.
