Bought a car have problem with knocking engine and stering rac they took the car back now engine still knocking and steering still making noise the car is very dangerous it would never pass a mot this is supposed to be a proper please I phoned again to take it back and no reply back I will phone tomorrow and see why we paid for warranty very dispointed I think I will get the dvsa involved to do own report done about 60 miles in car since bought

Exactly what youd expect from a bunch of spivs from Merthyr. I was given 3 different dates for delivery of my car which is vital to my life and was let down EVERY SINGLE TIME. avoid at all cost. Also Im currently still waiting for the 200 deposit that I paid many months ago, which was taken in the blink of an eye but is still to show up after over a week of cancellation.

Went in to buy a new Ford Puma and the whole process wasn't great from start to finish, I felt after that I was steered towards a particular model of puma and my wants and needs not listened to. I was supposed to collect the car on 1st Sept, and the lack of communication from the sales person meant I ended up chasing for a date and receiving the car later than expected. On collecting my brand new car and walking around it, it was filthy and had a marker pen line along the back of which the salesman went and got a cloth to wipe it off. Once home my partner had to give it a full clean. Probably the worst New Car day/experience I've had from a main dealer. The car itself is not great I have now part exed if for a BMW after only 15000 miles, the seats are uncomfortable and lack support the more milage you put in. The key loses connection with the car whilst driving, this is amongst other things. Its a shame as its a nice looking car but the whole experience has put me off Ford.
