Used for a wedding... lead up was good but in wedding day flowers arrived late. When my bridesmaid contacted the florist we were give a very bad attitude over the phone and flowers were practically thrown at us when they arrived. not what is needed on someone's special day... saying that the flowers we arranged beautifully and we're gorgeous. Communication skills needed.
