        Flow was recommended to me through a friend and I was really pleased with a good call from Jamie at the start followed by a prompt quotation based on my drawings. They were great when we could eventually get them on site and came in exactly when we needed them for the first fix and again at second fix. I'm very happy to recommend them and hats off to Jamie he was a great help.

        My partner spoke to Flow and got the basics over the phone from one of the owners and within 2 days we had a firm price based on the architects drawings which was also suprisingly the cheapest. We've since recommended to friends doing a property and would recommend them.
