From the off when meeting Neil the owner , he was very polite , chatty and thorough on what we needed , no pushy sales chat, told him what we fancied , measured up and a quote will be emailed the following day. Price was great , compared to 2 other quotes we had , the cheapest and they are local to Merthyr so any problems , they're here in 24hrs. The Windows , were Spot on Mrs loves them . 3 Windows fitted by the fitters Liam and Paul , great boys who get on with the job in all weather and their quality of workmanship is second to none , even cleaned up everything and took it with them . Will defo recommending them to anyone who needs new Windows. we are even considering changing 2 more Windows as they are so nice ! 5 from us Paul & Adele (Penydarren)

Neil and the boys fitted a conservatory roof for us earlier this year and we are thrilled with the result. They provided excellent workmanship and customer service, nothing was too much trouble. The conservatory has been transformed, so much warmer in winter and much cooler in summer. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company 100%

Neil provided excellent service, visiting several times to get everything just right. The Georgian sash windows and patio doors are first class. We must also mention Liam and Peter who were with us for three days fitting the windows and door. You couldn't wish fora more professional, polite and efficient team. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mercury .
