Reception, Nurses and Drs all very friendly, always helpful and able to answer queries. Although appointments are hard to get (true for everywhere) they always book you in where available. All staff deserve respect under the pressures they face, be kind as they are lovely!

Don't bother , receptionist attitude stink, everything is too much trouble for them, treat you like you are a burden. Manager needs replacing as obviously he can't run the place except for giving it the big I am (over the phone of course, wouldn't do it face to face ) . He tries to be the big man in his badly run little surgery.

Receptionists attitude is appalling. Did not know I had to wear a mask. She was quiet forward in telling me that it's all over the news. I said what if I don't watch the news only to hear in the background "it's common knowledge" wow!!! Grow up.

This past year Ive had nothing but bad experience with this surgery. (Not all staff) but a few. Have gone back 4 times with a really bad chest coughing up phlem and all sorts for nearly a month and no one will see me or give me antibiotics. Rang for a certain pill which is on my notes and they gave me the wrong one which I cannot take due to the ingredients. Going to register at a different surgery.
