I ordered a wardrobe online, they brought it today the upper part of the packaging completely wet and torn, the water has penetrated 2 of the boards damaging it. Unbelievable, How can they deliver something like this? Tomorrow I will make a claim. First and last time I buy something there. Totally disappointed. You can have a look to the pictures.

Love argos stores, there are always plenty of ideas and a variety of products. You can click and collect to save time if tge goods are already available. If not, they offer a date and time to collect, but you have to pay for the goods prior to collecting.

Black Friday at 4.00pm I went to matalan to get my mothers order and just as I left a tall man with a thick curly beard came over and started asking for tobacco now I dont smoke never have never will do not agree with it personally not me and I tells him I dont want nothing to do with the stuff and he starts getting angry rising his voice telling me to listen to him said hed just sat in argos for 30 minutes waiting for his orders I say sorry to hear about that but hes not happy starts saying Im being sarcastick and giving him attitude I decide thats enough march in the store ask a lady in black whats with the riff raff outside her store she says she dont know and its not her store so I leave and hes gone and I realise Id left my matalan bags on the floor and they were now gone so logicly the man mustve stolen them so I go back in and go right up to the counter and some lady gave me daggers because I pushed in but I dont care . I ask the argos man to check his cctv because Ive just been robbed and he says he dont know if they have it and he only delivers and to me that sounds disgusting what if Id gotten stabbed what would argos have done then fourty pounds I spent on my matalan order and now its gone Im so sick of merthyr wish Id never moved from brecon what a pighole of a place ! he said he could ask in back but I thinks dont bother and just left it at that went back to the car cried my heart out felt terrible dont have cardigans now for christmas but like the strong woman my mother told me to be I moved on . went back in treated myself to some christmas lights had a sit down while I weighted and it was a fast service fair play given its Black Friday not like matalan full of kids who cant think as fast as tey work but argos was ok fair play gave me my set of lights did ask if I wanted cards and that but said no and I dont think they should ask at till just wanted to pay what if I was a young fool boy who did ent know any better about credit unlike I . never mind that though aside from the less than satisfactry cctv and shadey credit plan I thought it was good enough would like my matalan order back but was no fault of the shop might come back and buy a new tree thanks x
