Bought a new Crossland Ultimate automatic. Original salesman Neil was helpful and patient whilst we made up our minds. Sam the business manager came over to chat and showed an interest in us as customers. General manager Dave was helpful and chatty and even offered to pick up our car for service personally. On handover day, senior salesman Steve stepped in and was very thorough and polite. Well done the whole team at Baylis Vauxhall Merthyr. Looking for a new car? Or an upgrade then go no further. See the team and ask to see Steve. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful especially after a collision in your beloved. Steve took that stress away within minutes. A perfect match vehicle not even in the courtyard but the paperwork was there. Without hesitation I put a holding deposit down and I havent even seen or test driven the vehicle. Why? Because Steve (I know after my previous 2 vehicles that I have purchased) is very trustworthy, will get you the best deal possible, treats you as his number one customer, will keep in contact throughout the entire process (even after the sale) and loves a good chat. I know if what youre looking for isnt in stock or you dont know what youre looking for , with Steves knowledge he will suggest and source it for you.
