I initially placed some items in my basket but didn't get around to buying, so then they sent me a discount code. It wasn't working. So I phoned up and was told to make the purchase and then a discount will be applied after. Turns out, I don't qualify for the discount because you have to spend over a certain amount. At no point was I told this. They are being firm on now not offering a discount and happy for me to return the items. Charming... Unfair Trading Regulations and Consumer Rights Act comes to mind, but whatever...

Change your couriers is all i can say. After providing proof of parcel being left in a different location to us within the building , they still wouldn't refund or replace the items we didn't get. We then had the courier ringing my personal number asking me to lie to say that he had infact delivered the parcel to us, extremely unprofessional. The courier al so fraudulently signed for the parcel and admitted doing so. Unfortunately we wont be using you again, we did appreciate the professionalism from your customer service team though i must say, but seriously consider using somebody else but DHL. Thank you
