We booked our stay over the phone for 5 nights. When we arrived the owner explained that we could stay for the night but someone else had booked the room for one night only via a booking website so we would have to move the next morning. When we got to their other bnb it was by no means the same standard as Queen Bee and B and the bed was so uncomfortable to even sit on so I called the owner to ask if we could be given a reduction for this night due to this inconvenience which was no fault of our own. As I spoke to the lady I could hear her husband shouting tell them not to bother coming back tomorrow I was obviously shocked as we werent rude or disrespectful in anyway and also we had nowhere else to stay. He continued to be aggressive and rude and say I have dealt with people like you in the past I honestly do not know what he meant by people like you but he said this on a few occasions. The outburst was very shocking and upsetting. In the end luckily we managed to find a lovely hotel and enjoyed the rest of our time in Wales.

Host was inviting, modern decorated room. Received very negative expectations and interactions prior to visit. The room had a cramped shower and sink. Constant screaming and thumping of feet can be heard from other rooms. WiFi is unsecure, easy access to adminstrative functions can be obtained.
