        Not good. Wrong battery supplied which means another 40 mile trek to replace. Virtual assistant not much help as he/it couldnt resolve so got to go through the convoluted process of getting hold of the store. Next time will get from Tanya, cheaper as well.

        The man who served me was very helpful as it was my daughters first bike and he made sure that everything was perfect

        The Good: Had a battery replacement, that was fine. The Fraudulent: Halfords followed up with emails telling me one of my tyres was illegal the other 3 had MOT warnings and my windscreen wiper required replacement. Problem is they DID NOT inspect any of these, it was offered but I declined and as I watched the whole of the battery replacement, I know they were not looked at. Update: Laura, I contacted your customer service the day before they sent the Google rating invite - perhaps an indication of their intent to follow-up that they did nothing, including not informing you.
