OK, made appointment to get appraisal of my van, had a phone call asking questions before I travelled to the branch, ie mileage, service history etc. Told he would ring around to confirm the online offer, and if it was less he would call me back. As I didn't hear I drove to branch whereupon he said it was very high mileage? 134000 in 6 yrs?! So the offer would now be 3500 to 4000,without even leaving his office to check condition etc. Not impressed as he could have said this on phone instead of wasting my time. Would I recommend this company... Definitely not!

I am BEYOND frustrated at this useless company. Filled out the online form and they made an offer. We all know they aren't going to offer the quote so went with reasonable expectations. Took my car all the way from Cardiff to Bridgend. It is right into Bridgend and took me 40 minutes to get there!! Only for me to walk in and have them ask me if my car has a battery test certificate. I didn't have one so they weren't interested. WHY DIDN'T YOU PHONE ME BEFOREHAND TO CHECK THIS!! So disappointing to see businesses in 2023 can't function efficiently and offer a good customer service.

Chris from Bridgend was so professional curtious helpful kind and understanding explain everything down to the last bit wasnt pushy if carlsburgs make a car buying company this would be it Chris was outstanding double thumbs up if anyone wants to sell their car go and see Chris can not thank Chris enough for his service and kindness.
