        We would like to compliment Lucas Estate Agents at Menai Bridge, and especially Alex Roberts, with whom we have been communicating throughout our purchase of a property on Anglesey. What we found most impressive about Alex were the following qualities: honest, trustworthy and reliable agreed upfront shared values about ways of fair dealing and honourable negotiating highly professional and responsive, with quick follow ups on email and calls thorough and workmanlike in facilitating the various conveyancing stages and steps diplomatic and discrete while serving as a communication intermediary between ourselves and the vendor patient, flexible and empathic when clarifications were requested use of best-in-class online video viewing tools (Giraffe 360) which made long range purchase deliberations way more efficient and effective
