1 for an hour or 1.50 for two hours, has both cash machines (coin only) or can pay via phone using the Paybyphone app. We visited in December and was told by a local that it's free parking during the month of December (check on the council website to confirm before taking my word for it). Lots of spaces available at 6pm when we parked.

As there's very few parking or short stay waiting areas on the main streets, there should be a few free short stay waiting bays in the car parks.
