I have worked as a carer for over 30years, in care homes and community care settings. This is a wonderful company to work for, the managers are very approachable and professional and providing clients with a high standard of care at all times is a priority. I would recommend this company as a great place to work.

Ive been working at Quayside care pretty much from the start, Im not writing this review to big up the company or to make any false promises or illusions. The two woman (Sheena and Elizabeth) who own and run this company have multiple year of experience in the care sector between them and I truly believe this shows in both their work and care ethics, the ladies dont just sit behind a desk bellowing orders down the phone to us, there is no us and them attitude, as you can find in many care companies they are more than happy to jump in the car and get out on the rounds with us, they are 100% open and honest with us and always ask for our opinions before any changes are made and our opinions are always taken into account they would never expect us to do anything they wouldnt be prepared to do themselves. They really look after us the staff as well as the clients and no matter what the issue is they are always there to support and advise us They are one of the highest paid care companies and the shift structure is brilliant, we always get our rota 4 weeks in advance which helps us with work life balance, we are never force to do extra or be on call as with you will find with many care companies We get paid on a weekly basis every Friday If yo ur in any doubt of joining the care sector or if your in the sector or have been and left due to bad experience please dont hesitate to give these guys the chance to prove not all companies are bad give Sheena and Liz a call you wont regret it Darren current and forever employee

After just finishing my A levels, I was lucky enough to get a position here and I haven't looked back. I feel so fulfilled here and as a new person to care, I must say the support is been fantastic and I've never met people so understanding. This place will go far!
