        Not sure how Bestprisefs can get 5*. Appalling customer service. Since no renewal was emailed to me I called and spoke to Richard Harry, he said he is the company director. I asked him to send me a renewal so I have continue my cover. He says he is too busy and cannot do it and that he has no time. What an arrogance and absolutely appalling service. I have been with Bestpricefs for 3 years and never made any claims. I can just imagine if somebody has to make a claim, especally if a director is rude and uninterested. Should get well below 0.

        I needed to protect all my various gadgets such as iPhones, iPads etc. Adding them to home insurance is possible but what is much better value for money is Gadget Insurance. Best Price provided just that - the best price gadget insurance I could find on the market. Now all my bit's n bobs are covered, so I don't need to worry about them anymore.
