Our property had comparatively inconsistent water pressure and low flow around the house. We wanted the installation of a combination buffer tank as part of our biomass pellet boiler system to help address this by providing mains pressure hot water. This was only possible with a pressure/flow booster of some kind to meet the buffer tanks requirements. Biofutures recommended the Grundfos Home Booster Kit as the best solution. They sourced and fitted this as part of the overall Biomass installation, the ideal time to do so. We now enjoy excellent mains pressure hot water and much improved cold water pressure and flow. It works unobtrusively in the plant room and is well integrated with the rest of the system. We are delighted with the entire Biomass system and the timely installation by the Biofutures team.

We had our pellet biomass boiler system (a Biotech PZ 25 RL) installed by Biofutures last year (2016). We found that the level of service and professional approach of the team was extremely high and we would recommend the company fully to any prospective client. The general knowledge of the system was 100%, (I am a retired heating engineer), and the system was set up perfectly, and has performed without fault over the cold winter months of mid-Wales. Well done Biofutures ltd.!

The installation for the biomass system took roughly a week, I could not praise the team enough, as everything was done with no fuss, and was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. My house is nice and warm, and I understand how it all works. I would highly recommend Biofutures.

Customer service is terrible. We had a bio mass system put in, it has had endless annoying problems that have finally been resolved by my partner speaking directly to palazzetti and being firstly guided on how to service and replace an igniter and secondly programme the thing properly. It was not set up properly in the first place we discovered! We paid over 10,000 for bio futures service and once the money was paid the attitude of the director has been rude, abrasive and even said the 'customer is rarely right.' I would not use this company again. We have resorted to servicing the thing ourselves meaning it has been carried out more competently and saved us 200!
