Wales 1 Day Nursery

Lovely nursery, our eldest has been there for almost 2 years now and we/she loves it. Creative activities, good catering, lovely staff, wraparound to a local preschool too.

Excellent communication, provision provided is well thought out and well resourced, children's interests are followed. The children are at the heart of everything they do.

Do not treat parents equally and illegally cancel contracts without informing all parties and make statements confirming the day sheets are fudged just to provide feedback parents would only like to hear. Do not follow their own poor guidance on providing medication. High turnover of staff and management reflected in the inspection reports. My son was moved to another local nursery. Have the evidence if anyone is interested.

We absolutely love this nursery It purpose built modern and has a lift and air con in every room And the staff are truly lovely and you know your kids are being really cared for I never worried once when leaving both my son and daughter in their care My kids loved it We loved it Sorry we had to leave for work reasons Now we are wondering weather anywhere else will be able to live up to such high standards So sad we had to go You will be sorely missed Thanks for giving my kids such a wonderful experience x
