Cartref Boarding Kennels & Cattery

We used Cartref as we were relocating and had some work obligations which made it difficult to care for our cat that had sustained a recent injury, which required special instructions of care. Diana and Dave were excellent! They accomadated our massive crate and administered his medication with no hassle and followed the care instructions. They were also kind enough to send us updates of our cat's progress. So glad we trusted them with our beloved pet! Thanks so much :)

Due to relocating from Kent to Wales i needed somewhere for my beautiful cat Ziggy to stay whilst we completed on our house. Due to allergies he couldn't come stay with us. He loved his time at the cattery and the relationship he built with Diana was amazing he was there for 3 months and although nervous leaving him when I dropped him off I felt calm and happy he was staying with such lovely people! And when I collected him he was a very happy kitty so l knew he was treated so we'll. Glad to have him back in my arms but if I needed a cattery again I would 100% use Cartref. Thank you to all the staff, you were amazing!!!

Recently used cartref for the 1st time for our 11 month old pup. I've never used a kennels before but I needn't have worried. Our dog was a bit nervous when we arrived to view but was quickly reassured and lots of treats. Every time I messaged I had a response and when I collected he was bouncing up at them he was happy and content when home. If anything it's improved his behaviour with other dogs. He's not hesitant and happy to meet others on a walk now and I can't thank you enough. When we now book time away I won't hesitate knowing our pup is in good hands. Thanks again :)
