        I have been going back and forth to this Specific well Pharmacy for 6 yrs +., I have to say that Lorraine, is the Rudest member of Staff, I have Ever known, Not Only Is your Medical Prvicy No longer Relavant, She also feels the need to Lie to Locums, An will do her best thing to try and Be-little and Judge You, regardless of your Age or Gender!!!! It is my opinion that this Pharmacy Has lost Much Nicer Members of Staff, Who are Generally there to Help you. HOWEVER REGARDLESS OF THIS HER BULLY LIKE TACTICS SHOULD NOT ONLY BE REPORTED, but also No longer Tolerated!! I will be making a formal COMPLAINT Also will be making a note of anything further from this particular Individual, I know that she is like this to Others and I have seen her be disrespectful to OAPs, Aswell as others like myself who suffer bad Mental Health...... Is this our NHS SYSTEM NOW, YOU GIVE OTHERS THAT GENERALLY CARE FOR Patients Well Being A Bad Name SHAME ON YOU....

        Had to go to the chemist twice today even though they have had my prescription for 10 days. Had to go back as they still hadn't completed it. Got my medication home and they have not included 1 of my medications, no one answering the phone. I am unable to go back again as I am a carer for my disabled daughter. Will now not get my medication until they open after christmas. Awful!
