They are a joke of a company. Fitter turned up an hour early. Fitted 11 blinds in 40 minutes. Could not wait to get home.borrowed my ladder and left it on stair when he left.He did not clean his mess up. BROKE 2 REVEALS By drilling to close to edge.he tried drilling through a catnic with a masonry bit. .he ended up cutting raw plugs in half.. he wanted paying and when I checked his work he forgot to do a window.i rang his boss and he knocked 50 pound off straight away. Half the pulleys are missing. Stay well away.Your lying for a start . You say why wait a year. Only bought the house in April.

Id highly recommend. Friendly, helpful & informative and a great price (no pushy salesman:) Lots of selection. Very quick service from ordering to getting blinds all fitted in every room of the house. Even with it being very close to Christmas. I am delighted! Thank you

Had my roller blind fitted in bathroom on 12/11/22. Well pleased. Also had new slats fitted in bedroom and new chain in dining room. Fitter was fast and clean. Only waited one week from ordering. Very reasonable, will definitely be using them again. M.Keen

Awful expereince. I ordered vertical blinds from them in my previous property and was happy with the product. This was going back many years ago. Then around two years ago when I moved I tried them again and noticed a mark reduction in the quality of their products. The fitter made me feel uncomfortable in my own house, at one point me made me have to had him cash for the fit otherwise he wouldn't leave. The spring on all the roller blinds spring don't work I'm devastated. I called to complain and had attitude from the owner too. He wouldn't replace them for me without me having to pay for another set of blinds. Due to limited funds to replace them I've had two years of trying to manage with them broken roller springs them up by hand with broken springs. I have two young children and the hassle this has caused me over the two years is daily misery
