Second review
OK speak as you find, this was second time Mr Richards has put log burner in at a very good price compared to others, so all went well and then when it rained we had water coming in to bedroom. Hey ho I suppose we cut a hole in the roof and this can happen. What I will say is Tim was round the house immediately to do all he could to locate the leak to the point that he hired scaffolding at no cost to me and went back on the roof in all weather's to resolve issues. This completely restored my faith in tradesmen. Mr Richards even offered to paint the bedroom which was not necessary. I accept sometimes faults occur but its how the tradesmen respond when you ring is the most important, Mr Richards stood the test of time and was outstanding in his response. Thank you Tim
