        Don't try and take a bill to pay into the bank with cash,they don't like it.they want you to pay the cash into your account first and then transfer it out to pay the bill.i think the people working there don't want customers to serve.

        Yesterday afternoon inside bank used paying in machine. Took my 20 but machine then had faults. Lady tried to help by going into back of machine. Gentlemen then tried. Couldnt find my 20 treated it as funny. They said leave it with us we will sort it. No news since then. Will now have to go back to bank to see what is being done !
