        Unreliable! Said they'd be there and they weren't! I booked a taxi in the early afternoon for that night. The person who I spoke to said they'd meet me. I was still waiting ten minutes after the time it was booked for so I gave them a call. It went straight through to voicemail! 30 minutes later they still weren't answering their phone. Don't use this service it is very unreliable.

        Booked a service via phone call & text messages, for 13 people for a return journey from Machynlleth to Aberdyfi . The taxis didnt arrive & on phoning to enquire we were informed they had come a week earlier & we werent there despite clear confirmation with dates on the record of our chat & very strange that if they had arrived to provide the booked service & we werent here why wouldnt they call to enquire where we were for the 196 booking ???? Unprofessional , unreliable & clearly incapable of fulfilling a promised service.
