        A couple of weeks ago, I called and asked if I could have a root canal treatment that my usual dentist could not do because he did not have the appropriate PPE equipment. As they told me they could do it, I went to Llys Einion practice. Turns out they did not have the required PPE equipment either and charged me 60 for an emergency appointment that consisted of the dentist just having a look at the x-ray that the other dentist had already done. In addition, the dentist kept talking to me while I was filling the form to let him know if I was allergic to anything or if I had any underlying health problems, which I found very unprofessional as I could not focus on my answers. I am not upset at the dentist for not having the PPE equipment, but for making me believe they had it and making me pay 60 for an appointment that was everything but urgent and necessary.
