In April 2020 Joe replaced the shower boards and tray. Within a year or so we had leaks through the ceiling. Joe replaced the sealant. In 2022 we had more leaks and a crack in plastic shower tray. Joe replaced sealant and did a repair on the shower tray. All charged for, no work under guarantee as beyond 12 months. In late 2022 more leaks and significant and damage to ceiling. A separate builder and a plumber informed me that the shower tray had been badly installed, poor quality sealant used and the tray repair was never going to work. There should have been a timber frame under a plastic shower tray of the size and tray legs not fixed correctly, when originally installed. After 2 months of ignored emails and messages and my finally emailing to inform them I was proposing the small claims process. Joe contributed 300 to a much larger charge as the ceiling had to be repaired and replastered. When my hot water tank went wrong this week...fitted by Joe, telephone advice given then he refused to help me or come to look. Please look at their terms and conditions. Their complaints procedure is non existent, I was ignored for 6 weeks. Citizens advice will advise but can't act for you. Gas Safe is their only trade association who can act on complaints. No plumbing trade association on their web site. Be cautious.

Poor service. I requested a quote as there was a leak in the immersion tank, and the office manager emailed me the next day to ask for photos and said she would speak with the engineer and get back to me straight away. I sent the photos straight over and didn't hear anything back for three days; I emailed and asked if they were going to send me a quote. Again the office manager replied and said she would chase up with the engineer for a quote and get back to me. Another two days went by, and I emailed again yesterday, saying that I assumed they would not provide me with a quote and that we would be going with a different company due to the lack of communication. I had a response saying apologies for the delay in getting back to me, but the engineer has been very busy. I would understand if they gave me a quote and then said we can't get there to do the job for 2-3 weeks as the engineer is very busy but not even being able to give me a quote when I sent the photos, I didn't even ask the engineer to take time to come to the property to provide the quote, just a simple email would have sufficed. But to not even take 10 minutes to look at the photos to give me a quote, I think, is very poor. I think two stars is very generous, and the reason I have given the extra star is that I can only base my review on the service I have received, not on the standard of their work. Unfortunately we did not get the opportunity to witness that.
