It took about 4 months from start to finish to be royally ripped-off by these clowns. And it was only a wing mirror replacement! After 3 months of waiting I was initially called in for the repair, to only find that the wrong part had been ordered. Apparently the wrong number plate had been entered onto the system! But all of a sudden they were then able to source the correct part within a week. I was assured that I would get a discount, but actually the guy was very cagey about a final price. I should have been more pushy, and ultimately ought to have looked elsewhere. needless to say it wound up being a lot more expensive than I would have expected with a so-called discount. Also, I asked for a 9:30am appointment, since it was potentially a bit tight for me to arrive for 9am. "Oh, but the guys have their break at 10am. You'll have to wait longer". After the 4 months wait, I thought maybe they could be a bit more considerate. So I managed to arrive for 9am. The job was done within 20 minutes, probably less! That's Day's customer service for you. With an awkward and sheepish smile. Service: Body & Trim
