        Their unobservant hedge flail driver cut through our fibre cable today cutting off loads of homes above Llanfair Clydogau. Openreach will take 6 days at least to repair as damage is so extensive. Not considerate contractors!

        Absolutely appalling company. Dislodged a rock on the main road with their hedge cutter which caused damage to my wheel, tyre and the underside of car. No apology and would not compensate me for 500 worth of damage.
