Arrived a little early and Rich was already there and setting up. Welcomed me and offered tea or coffee. Was happy for me to wait and I left him to work his magic. His professional attitude, attention to detail, and knowledge spoke for itself and he explained to message what he was doing as he did it, asked about my driving preferences and set the car up to suit.
