It just goes to show that the factual reviews are true. The 5 star ratings are from managers etc that are friends with the owners of the home. Job iawn overall.

Dirty would not trust my parents in there

It stunk of wee, mgr was never there, run down and dirty, obviously not looked after as he got warts on his back and had bites all over his arms as did other residents, under staffed and mgr was torn between two homes, wouldnt put my dog in there, staff and mgr were friendly thats the one star. So much stuff went missing no attempt form mgr or staff to find it, and I thought my dad had lost his control of toilet habits as there was poo smeared over his photos and wee in his room and in his shoes, once I moved him to another home nothing like this happened again so it was obviously another resident and the new home treated his skin conditions, I filed an official complaint to the council.
