        The buying experience and after care have been fantastic. I bought a machine in December and only managed to open it the other day to find that an item was missing. As it was the bank holiday I just left a message, yesterday, I got a phonecall to say that they would be sending the missing item. I cannot recommend this company enough for knowledge, customer care and generally being fantastic people. There is no hesitation in recommending this company and if you are unsure please consult them. I will be using again. Thanks for A1 service.

        Can't recommend highly enough. Bought an embroidery machine as a newbie and the support they offered was unbelievable (even sending me little videos on how to set up my exact machine). Really brilliant business.
