        The Indian guy over the phone barely speaks two words of English. Doesn't know the answer to basic questions I ask him. Always having to send emails and wait on reply from the manager.

        Contemptuous customer service despite being a repeat customer. Artificially inflating the prices from previous orders using feeble excuses, such as delivery being a big part of the cost when in fact it was only a 1kg package. Claiming set up costs are 42 for a 60 order.
