Today the 18th of march two lanes closed in hightown was ment to be from 11 but closed before, I was unable to get to a client on time due to not been allowed through I then had to park in the pub and walk when I said to the man with long hair on the kings mills Road it's ridiculous that you have been told to close for 4 hours I needed to get to a client on the estate before the barracks he the shouted come and talk it out with me then very rude , think some staff need to learn some manners
