The location is phenomenal. After a day of exploring the family would retreat back to the cottage, often spending time at the river that runs through the backside of the property or going on long walks through the countryside, saying hi to the cows, horses and sheep along the way.
The location itself is only a short drive to the beach, mountains and castles, which is what originally drew us to the area/location. Very quick access to major roads.
The cottage itself was well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. The in-house sauna was definitely an added bonus that we took advantage of. The beds were very comfortable and the family had no issues getting a good first nights sleep.
